HR workshops offer 3 ways to cope with the impact of collective stress

The collective stress of the pandemic has had an impact on us all. Individuals must define, address and understand the stress and its impact in order to cope and heal.

Join TCU HR as they partner with MiraJRollins Engagement Programs to bring a three-part virtual series on “Defining and Understanding Collective Stress” to faculty and staff, as a continuation of the Human Resources Summer of Well-being.

“Participating in this workshop series will give participants tools to effectively handle stress and implement self-care that they can use now and well into the future,” said Mira Rollins, author, speaker and trainer for the upcoming workshops. She will be joined in presenting by Shundria Riddick, certified trauma specialist.

The three-part Defining and Understanding Collective Stress workshops will take place virtually
from 1-2:30 p.m. on Tuesdays:

  1. Understanding and Level-setting the Pandemic Experience, July 13
  2. Thriving in the New Normal, July 27
  3. Self-care, Connection and Workplace Productivity, August 10
