Spring 2018 Engagement, Leadership & Professional Development Focus Groups Executive Summary

Throughout 2018 the HR Employee Engagement and Organizational Strategy team set out to hear what TCU employees want for leadership and professional development. Twenty-two focus groups, hundreds of participants and many hours (and emails) later, we’re pleased to share our findings and plans for creating the workplace our campus community desires. A place where everyone, regardless of role or position is supported, challenged and motivated to lead from where they are and be their best. This Executive Summary highlights those discoveries and common themes to shape how we strengthen our workforce together.
