Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
The university complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Under the ADA, an individual has a disability if he or she has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities, a person who has a history or record of such an impairment, or a person who is regarded as having a substantially limiting impairment.

The purpose of this is to determine reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
