The Master Leaders Program is an 11-month journey that helps participants grow in self-awareness, communication, collaboration, and courage through interactive workshops, peer learning, and campus impact projects. Each cohort explores topics such as Core Strengths for Leaders, Executive Presence, Adaptive Leadership, and Influencing Organizational Change. It brings together a network of staff and faculty from all levels who are committed to enriching workplace culture and developing skills necessary to make meaningful leadership impact at TCU.

Using a multi-faceted approach of large group workshops and educational trainings, small group accountability sessions, and individual assessment and reflection participant growth is supported in a holistic way. Selection occurs by application once a year and requires manager/supervisor approval. The program uses a cohort-model that emphasizes shared experiences and a mutual commitment to positively influencing the TCU workplace. Participants are expected to have a growth mindset and ready to be challenged and to cultivate connection with others in the program. The sessions are carefully sequenced and focused on:

Sessions are held exclusively for the cohort to provide intentional opportunities to work together socially and professionally. Graduates will have access to Master Leaders Master classes for the length of their employment at TCU following program completion.
