The Employee Engagement and Success (EES) team is dedicated to providing scalable programming and expertise that optimizes the success of employee teams and individual contributors campus-wide.

The Employee Engagement, Leadership and Professional Development focus groups for faculty and staff guide the priorities needed to implement changes to gaps/deficiencies in previous training and organizational development efforts at TCU.

In addition to providing comprehensive, skillful organizational design consulting, EEOS has identified a clear strategy associated with leadership, professional development and organizational design. Programs/initiatives are categorized and differentiated as follows:

Organizational Development

Custom consulting is provided directly to departments to build a high-performing work team campus-wide.

Leadership Essentials

Core learning and leadership development sessions are offered to all employees at TCU.

Signature Programs

Sessions are offered multiple times throughout the calendar and academic year to enhance and strengthen overall workplace engagement and culture.

Certificate Series

To exponentially scale our work on strengthening the workplace, individual contributors can earn a completion certificate and recognition badge.

Holiday and Closing Schedule

PageUp includes interactive tools for employees and managers to document and share professional development and learning goals.
