TCU continues to strengthen its staff performance management approach with a clear focus on consistency, engagement, and meaningful feedback. Recent cycles have shown strong participation across campus, with notable increases in self-evaluations and continued commitment from both employees and managers.

To better serve TCU employees and provide more consistent, timely assistance, the Benefits Office is implementing dedicated daily walk-in service hours.

After eight successful cohorts and a strong legacy of leadership development across campus, the TCU Master Leaders Program (MLP) will pause recruiting a new cohort for the 2026–2027 academic year.
