Master Leaders Program (MLP) to Prioritize a Strategic Planning and Alumni Engagement Year for 2026 - 2027
After eight successful cohorts and a strong legacy of leadership development across campus, the TCU Master Leaders Program (MLP) will pause recruiting a new cohort for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Distraction-Free Zone
Performance reviews require focus, reflection, and time. Finding uninterrupted time during a busy workday can be challenging. The Distraction Free Zone provides protected time and a calm, shared space where employees can focus, write, and make meaningful progress on performance reviews.

Reflect on your accomplishments, highlight your growth, and share feedback with your manager. Self-Evaluations open each December as part of TCU’s annual performance review cycle.
