As we approach the much-anticipated Fall Break, we are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for all our hardworking employees. From Wednesday, October 4th, through Sunday, October 8th, 2023, the University Recreation Center will open its doors to TCU employees and up to three guests, completely free of charge!
When:
- Wednesday, October 4th to Friday, October 6th: 6:00 am to 9:00 pm
- Saturday, October 7th to Sunday, October 8th: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
Location:
- University Recreation Center, North Entrance (adjacent to Sand Volleyball Courts)
How to Access:
- Simply present your TCU ID at the Member Services desk to gain free access.
- A waiver must be signed by all users during each visit if you are not a member.
- Guests are Welcome!
- TCU employees are encouraged to bring along up to three guests, which can include a spouse, child, or dependent.
- Please remember that as the employee, you must accompany all guests at all times.
- For safety reasons, children under 18 must always be with an adult.
Looking to enjoy the University Recreation Center beyond Fall Break? It is only $20.00 a month or $120.00 for the year, if paying up front. If paying through payroll deduction it is at the annual rate of $120.00 a year to be divided by the number of checks the employee receives per year. Visit the main office to pay upfront during office hours or sign up for payroll deduction at my.tcu.edu by clicking on "My Employee Center" then the "Campus Recreation Membership" tile.
