The TCU Benefits Vendor Fair will take place Wednesday, Oct. 1, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the multipurpose room at the Campus Recreation Center. The fair gives TCU employees the opportunity to meet with benefit providers, ask questions, and prepare for open enrollment.
The event will once again be held on the same day as flu shots, which will be available at the Rec Center. Employees can also enter drawings for prizes and enjoy refreshments during the fair.
“Please join us at the annual TCU Benefits Vendor Fair — it is a valuable chance to connect directly with our benefit partners, get your questions answered and discover what’s new for your 2026 benefits,” said Michelle Whiteley, director of Benefits and Payroll – Human Resources.
This year’s fair will feature both returning and new vendors, giving employees the chance to explore changes and options available for their 2026 benefits. Vendors include BlueCross BlueShield, Mutual of Omaha, Rightway, ThrivePass, Lantern, Tria Health, ComPsych, and HSA Bank. Employees will also be introduced to Amazon One Medical, a new benefit for 2026.
Amazon One Medical will be available to employees who elect a medical plan and their eligible dependents. Members will have access to a modern, app-based platform for 24/7 virtual care, same- or next-day in-person appointments at One Medical offices, direct messaging with providers, and convenient prescription refills.
Visit each sponsor table to collect a stamp. Once you’ve collected all stamps, turn in your completed passport for a chance to win prizes.
“The vendor fair is a great way to familiarize yourself with the benefits available at TCU. By offering in-person discussions with vendors, it makes it easy to ask questions and choose plans during open enrollment with confidence. When I participate, I always learn something new,” said Cori Smit, budget director.
