It’s that time of year again! Open Enrollment for 2026 is now underway and will take place from October 27 through November 7, 2025. This is your opportunity to review, update, and select the benefit plans that best meet your needs for the year ahead.
This year’s enrollment is an ACTIVE ENROLLMENT, which means all benefits-eligible employees must log in to my.tcu.edu to review and submit their 2026 benefit elections before the deadline.
What’s New This Year

Mutual of Omaha is the new vendor for life and disability insurance.
This includes Supplemental Life, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability coverage. -
Two new benefits — Voluntary Life and Critical Illness — are available for 2026.
After submitting your elections, be sure to review the Summary Page to confirm your selections. You’ll see a green checkmark and the word Complete once your elections have been successfully submitted.
