A Quiet Space to Complete Performance Reviews
Performance reviews require focus, reflection, and time. Finding uninterrupted time during a busy workday can be challenging. The Distraction Free Zone provides protected time and a calm, shared space where employees can focus, write, and make meaningful progress on performance reviews.

The Distraction Free Zone is a drop in, open session designed for quiet, focused work. There are no presentations and no pressure. Participants are welcome to work alongside colleagues using a proven focus strategy often referred to as body doubling, which supports concentration and follow through.
Throughout each session, Employee Engagement & Success partners will be available to answer questions, offer light guidance, and help participants move past common sticking points. Assistance in Spanish is available.
Snacks will be provided to support focus, and laptops are available for checkout with registration if needed. Participants may also choose to secure their phones during the session to protect concentration and maintain writing flow.
