ModernThink LLC, in collaboration with The Chronicle of Higher Education, announced the results of the 2019 Great Colleges to Work For® program. This program is regarded as one of the premier workplace recognition programs across the country as they recognize higher education institutions, which get top ratings from their employees regarding employment practices and policies. In September 2019, Texas Christian University once again received recognition as a Great College to Work For® . Additionally, the University was one of 42 higher education institutions to receive Honor Roll status, a designation reserved for the 10 institutions in each groups cited most often across the 12 recognition categories.
Chancellor Victor J. Boschini, Jr. announced TCU’s recognition to the campus on September 17, 2019 through a campus-wide email. In his announcement, he wrote:

I am very pleased to announce that, for the ninth consecutive year, Texas Christian University was named a 2019 “Great Colleges to Work For.’ Additionally, TCU received Honor Roll designation for recognition in eight of the 12 categories, an honor reserved for institutions with the most recognitions across categories. Our status as a Great College to Work For demonstrates the excellent work you do to make our University a top-tier academic community for all of our students, faculty, staff, and community members. Please accept my sincere thanks for your continued passion and commitment to our University and our Horned Frog family.
