March 8th is International Women’s Day, a global celebration of the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. In some countries, the entire month of March is declared Women’s History Month to highlight the contributions of women to events in history and contemporary society.

Susie Olmos-Soto ’01 MEd, senior learning and development consultant for TCU Human Resources, manages professional development programs for Spanish-speaking employees, including the GED classes offered in partnership with the Fort Worth Independent School District for support staff who did not complete high school.

Registration deadline is March 8th. Managers are TCU's most critical asset - impacting productivity, project completion, team engagement and employee retention. The Manager Foundations program at TCU is designed to develop practical management skills whether the manager has been in their role for decades or weeks.
