During the pandemic, TCU’s new employee onboarding enjoyed a makeover! Implementing PageUp, the online people system for all TCU employees, increased new employee access to hiring information and traditional orientation materials. In-person elements were redesigned from a full-day to a half-day of connection, manager discussions and personal development. And while it may have felt like campus hiring hit a standstill, we were fortunate to add new Horned Frogs to our community. We also promoted a few colleagues across campus!

On October 14, 2 – 5 p.m.,whether joining TCU for the first time or moving to a new position internally. The event will begin with an optional campus tour, followed by introductions and a TCU trivia challenge at 3:00 p.m.

The program will include a welcome presentation with TCU Chief Human Resources Officer, Yohna Chambers. The program will also include dedicated time for a guided manager-employee conversation to encourage ongoing professional development opportunities. Light refreshments will be provided.
