Multiple stakeholders from across campus contribute to the content of the day.

In 2018, TCU launched the TCU Manager Leaders program, a highly-selective, 11-month (August—June) leadership development intensive that engages faculty and staff from all positions, roles and corners of TCU. It brings together a network of individuals committed to enriching TCU’s workplace culture by developing skills necessary for effective and impactful supervisory or managerial level positions.
In spring 2019, TCU launched the Professional Leadership Rotation, a program designed to provide current TCU employees an opportunity to become a professional intern in a partnering office on campus to meet the need in higher education for professionals that have a wide variety of skills and experiences.
Participants in this program engage in 3-5 hours of work per week in a different functional area, monthly professional development with a small cohort, and an opportunity to gain a wide variety of skills and experiences across the higher education spectrum.
In April 2019 (Cohort I), 10 departments applied to serve as internship offices; six TCU professionals were selected as interns.
Completion of ESL and/or GED earns a certificate and recognition badge for LinkedIn/signature; Completion of MOS earns a Microsoft badge for LinkedIn/signature.
