Budget Manager Reports

A number of tools and reports are made available to Budget Managers and their delegates inside of my.tcu.edu.  To request access, please email askHR@tcu.edu.  Note, though, that access must also be approved by the appropriate Budget Manager or Vice Chancellor.

  • Active Student Job: report of active student employees
  • Active Temporary Job: report of active temporary employees
  • Expense Distribution: shows earnings for a department or employee during a specific month
  • Leave Accrual: report of an employee’s vacation and sick balances
  • Position Rosters: report of key data elements for active & vacant positions
  • Student Employee Payroll Status Inquiry: inquiry showing whether or not a student is active in HR Payroll
  • Student Job Inquiry: report listing all active jobs for a particular student
  • YTD Expense Distribution: shows earnings for a department or employee over a fiscal year
