To receive your W-2 please register following the instructions below. Registration is easy and ONLY done once while employed with TCU.
Register in three easy steps:
- Go to https://www.paperlessemployee.com/tcu and create an account.
- Create a username and password (this username/ password will be used from now on to receive your W2’s).
- Click the YES radio button to, “Would you like to receive your original tax statement electronically?”, Then click the submit button.
You have completed the steps.
** You will receive an email when your tax document is available. Please put an additional email address besides TCU account. This will insure you will receive the email notice. (Students put a parent’s email address)
Replacement W-2’s are available at this site. Prior to 2005 contact the Social Security Administration.
